General Rules
- Punctuality: Arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late will generally cut into your service time. Do not arrive too early, as many salons do not have a waiting area.
- Payment First: Payment is typically made upfront, upon arrival at the salon room. Cash payment is common.
- Hygiene is Mandatory: You must take a shower and wash thoroughly before the massage begins.
- Dress Code (During Treatment): After showering, you are usually required to wear disposable paper pants provided by the salon. Refusing to wear them will likely result in the termination of the service without a refund.
- No Sexual Misconduct: This is crucial. Requesting sexual acts, "rejuvenating" services, or anything that violates public order and morals is strictly prohibited. Such requests will lead to immediate termination of the service and potential refusal of future entry.
- Health Conditions: Inform the salon in advance if you have any serious health conditions (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure, infectious skin conditions, diabetes).
- Tipping: Tipping is not customary in Japan. Politeness and a simple "thank you" are sufficient.
- Discretion: Be respectful of other clients and the staff. Keep conversation to a minimum unless interacting with your therapist.
- Book an Appointment: Most salons require advance booking, often via phone or an online system.
- Arrive & Pay: Arrive just a minute or two before your scheduled time. Pay the fee upon arrival.
- Shower: You will be guided to a shower room. Cleanse yourself thoroughly.
- Change: Put on the provided paper underwear/pants.
- Receive Treatment: Lie down on the massage table. Communicate any preferences (e.g., pressure, temperature, music volume) with your therapist.
- Aftercare: After the massage is complete, you may shower again if you wish, get dressed, and leave.

6） 乱暴なタッチやプレイの強要、キャストが嫌がる行為。
7） 店外デートの誘いや、キャストとの交際。
8） その他、あらゆる違法・犯罪行為。またはその恐れのある行為。

・Abusive language, harassment, or forcing of sexual services on staff members is prohibited.
・Shouting or any other behavior that may disturb other guests or the neighborhood is prohibited.
・Drunken persons and drug users are prohibited.
・We strictly prohibit the exchange of personal contact information with therapists, invitations to go out of the store, and acts aimed at recruiting from other stores.
・No voyeuristic photography or eavesdropping is allowed.
・Those with heart disease, contagious diseases, or infectious diseases (athlete's foot, venereal disease)
・Please note that we cannot accept calls from pay phones or blocked numbers.
・If you choose a therapist, there is a possibility that your preferred therapist may be absent or late due to illness or other reasons.
・Please understand that in the unlikely event that the therapist of your choice is absent, you will be asked to cancel your reservation or not to designate a therapist.
・Please note that it is not possible to change the course, cancel, or change your appointment to another therapist after you arrive.
・If you repeatedly cancel without notice or cancel at the last minute, you will not be able to make a reservation. You will also be required to pay the fee.
・If you miss your appointment by more than 10 minutes without informing us, it will be treated as a cancellation.
・Even if we are contacted, we may shorten the course time.
